Meet your Council
Mayor Jim Conley first served on the Blairsville City Council from 1996 to August 2001 and again from 2004 through August 2005. He has served as the Blairsville Mayor since January 2006.
Rhonda Mahan has served on the Blairsville City Council since January 2002.
Robert "Buddy" Moore has served on the Blairsville City Council since March 2009 when he was appointed to fill an unexpired term through December 2009. He was then elected to the Council in January 2010.
Tony Dyer has served on the Blairsville City Council since he was elected in August 2010.
Mary Ruth Cook was first elected to the Blairsville City Council in November 2017 to fill an unexpired term. She was re-elected in 2019 to begin her first full term beginning January 2020.
Kayla Hemphill was elected to the Blairsville City Council in November 2021 to fill un expired term which ends on December 31, 2023.
